Andy is a great communicator, the place was clean and set up nicely for my group. The personalized greeting sign and filled up Britas was an amazing complement to our stay as well!

Andy was such a gracious host always responsive and looking to help and make our stay better . The place was amazing, great amenities, super comfortable beds , everything was extremely clean . Having that parking on site is a game changer and so convenient! Most of all Andy was so helpful with any questions I had and even when I left my hat at the property he went above and beyond to have it returned to me! Not to mention the inviting welcome message and chocolates for me and my Lady. Will definitely be staying again when I’m back in WI

This is our third stay at one of Andy’s properties. This is our second stay here. He has great communication. Everything is always spotless. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are crazy comfortable! We will be back!

We had such a relaxing stay! I’ve stayed at Andy’s place multiple times and keep coming back because it is always a wonderful experience. The space is updated, so clean, and truly relaxing. Andy is an incredible host; we will certainly be back again!

Exceptional! Highly recommend! Very clean, well appointed, nice linens for both bed and bath with plenty of extra bedding and towels. Closets full of hangers to unpack. Iron and ironing board, which you don't always find. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer, which are also not always standard, but greatly appreciated. Chocolates were a lovely touch. Outstanding all around!

Andy is a fantastic host. Great communication. The place was spotless. Located in the middle of downtown so restaurants and bars were within a couple blocks…we could walk everywhere….Perfect!

Great stay! Clean, cozy and well-located. The host was friendly and super responsive. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was spotless and had all the essentials we could possibly need. The home was welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Andy’s place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. There were lots of little touches that made it even better. A well stocked kitchen with everything we needed (we only used the downstairs one but the upstairs kitchen was also nice). The charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms were a plus, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms had all the necessary items and the towels were luxurious. Two nice living areas completed the package. We were very impressed!
