BEDROOMS (5 + sleeper sofa): Get a great night’s sleep in 5 cozy bedrooms (2 upstairs and 3 downstairs), each with a medium feel Helix memory foam mattress and four pillows. Every room includes a closet with hangers, charging hubs for your devices, a wireless charging alarm clock, a sound machine, a full-length mirror, two luggage racks, and a reading light. The upstairs living room also has a memory foam sleeper sofa. LIVING ROOMS (2): Relax in 2 living areas, each with a Roku TV in guest mode (65" upstairs and 55" downstairs). Upstairs you will find a couch that converts to a memory foam sleeper sofa and 2 chairs. Downstairs you will find a velvet couch and 4 chairs. Sign into your own streaming apps or watch Roku channels and local antenna TV when reception allows. Enjoy game night with Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens, Coup, and a classic deck of cards. KITCHENS (2): Prepare homemade meals in 2 fully stocked kitchens (one in each unit) with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, hot water kettle, and a dual 12 cup/K-Cup coffee maker. Cabinets are stocked with mixing bowls, baking sheets, measuring cups, cutting boards, food storage containers, and more. We provide K-Cups, green tea, sugar, and non refrigerated coffee creamer, plus olive oil, cooking spray, salt, and pepper. Bring your own coffee beans if you prefer drip coffee. Enjoy meals at the 4 seat high top tables in each kitchen. BATHROOMS (2): Enjoy a shower or bath in either unit. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and dedicated makeup towels, plus a Revlon hair dryer and Public Goods hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. WORK STATION: If you need to work, a custom butcher block desk is tucked into a hallway nook in the upstairs unit. It is equipped with a monitor, an HDMI cord, and a USB/outlet hub, all supported by fast Wi-Fi. Some road noise is possible from the street out front. HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING: Stay comfortable year round. The upstairs unit features adjustable baseboard heating for cozy winters and window air conditioners for cool summers. The downstairs unit offers central heating and air conditioning for consistent, efficient climate control. 3 SEASON PORCH: Unwind on the vintage bamboo furniture in the downstairs 3 season porch, perfect for reading, coffee, or chatting. Keep in mind it is not temperature controlled and you will hear traffic noise from the street out front, but there is a ceiling fan for warmer days. PARKING: Your group has use of the entire 50 foot off street parking lot behind the house. It can fit four cars side by side, with space to park additional vehicles in a line behind them if your group coordinates departures.

Other Details to Note

Children and infants are welcome, but the duplex is not childproofed. We do not provide baby gear such as a crib, pack and play, or high chair. Please supervise children at all times.

Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM to respect the neighborhood. Check-In/Check-Out • Check-in: 3 PM • Check-out: 10 AM (late check-out without consent incurs a $75 fee). Our home is in a convenient residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family and multi-family homes. It is about a 5 minute walk to Mayo Clinic, Viterbo University, Walgreens, and a nearby laundromat. Downtown La Crosse, the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse (UWL), and Emplify Health (Gundersen Health System) are just a 5 minute drive away.

Guest Access

You will have private access to both units in the duplex (the ground floor 3 bedroom and the second floor 2 bedroom). Entry is through the two back doors, each with a smart lock for easy, secure self check in. There are 5 steps up to the ground floor entrance and 20 steps up to the second floor entrance. Dedicated off street parking in the lot behind the house is included with your stay.

My family & I were lucky to stay here for a weekend. We loved it ! The place is pristine. We loved the special touches of the welcome sign with chocolates. Each bedroom was so cozy, the little end tables due the job of providing the perfect place for your cell phone & a drink. The sound machines provided & clocks were a great surprise . We enjoyed the screened in porch every morning with our coffee and at night for a drink & cards ( that they provided :) I have gone to rental properties around the world & this was my favorite because the signs for everything, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, cozy beds with great bedding Next time we are in lacrosse we will definitely look to stay here again

Andy was a great host! This place was perfect for the 5 of us because we got our own space and bedrooms. Great location as many things were within walking distance. Loved how clean the bnb was along with all the amenities :) Looking forward to returning some day! Thanks again, Andy!

You will have dedicated off street parking at the property, with space for multiple vehicles. Most places in La Crosse, including downtown and UWL, are an easy 5 minute drive. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available if you prefer not to drive.
