Each bedroom has USB/outlet hubs, wireless charging alarms, sound machines, full-length mirrors, luggage racks, and reading lights. LIVING ROOMS (Two Spaces) — Relax in two living areas with 65” (upstairs) and 55” (downstairs) Roku TVs in guest mode. Both units offer cozy seating: a couch (converts to a memory foam sleeper sofa) and two chairs upstairs; a velvet couch and four chairs downstairs with card games available. Enjoy Roku channels or log into your streaming apps. KITCHEN (Two Fully Stocked) — Whip up meals in two fully stocked kitchens (one per unit) with toasters, blenders, coffee grinders, and dual 12-cup/K-Cup maker. Cabinets are filled with kitchen supplies, including mixing bowls, baking sheets, measuring cups, cutting boards, and storage containers. We provide K-Cups, green tea, sugar, and creamer—bring your own coffee beans if you’re a drip fan. Olive oil, cooking spray, salt, and pepper are included. Enjoy meals at 4-seat high-top tables. BATHROOMS (Two) — Enjoy a shower or bath in either cozy unit with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, Revlon hair dryers in both bathrooms, plus Public Goods hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING — Stay comfortable year-round. The upstairs unit features baseboard heating for cozy winters and window air conditioners for cool summers. The downstairs unit offers central heating and air conditioning for consistent, efficient climate control. 3 SEASON PORCH — Unwind on the vintage bamboo furniture in the downstairs 3-season porch, perfect for reading, coffee, or chatting. Keep in mind it’s not temperature-controlled, though it does have a ceiling fan. WORK STATION — Stay productive at a butcher-block desk in the upstairs unit with 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, USB/outlet hub, monitor, and HDMI cord (bring your own adapters if needed). Note: You may hear some road noise. PARKING — Park stress-free in a 50-ft-long lot fitting four cars across or more if double parked.
