Great stay! Clean, cozy and well-located. The host was friendly and super responsive. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was spotless and had all the essentials we could possibly need. The home was welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Andy’s place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. There were lots of little touches that made it even better. A well stocked kitchen with everything we needed (we only used the downstairs one but the upstairs kitchen was also nice). The charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms were a plus, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms had all the necessary items and the towels were luxurious. Two nice living areas completed the package. We were very impressed!

Great place! The host is kind and responsive, and everything is clean and well organized as well as well thought out. This was a great place to use as a “home base” during our planned activities for the week. No notes for improvement; we loved everything about this place and hope to be back!

I’ve stayed in several AirBnbs and Andy’s place ranks at the top. It is obvious that the host took a great deal of pride in remodeling this old house. It was modern, bright, comfortable, and clean. In addition, the kitchen was equipped with quality utensils, pots and pans, ninja blender (full size, not just the bullet), and so much more. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and a nice blow dryer, the TV had a picture that made me jealous and many streaming stations. There is free parking behind the house so didn’t have to park on a busy street. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with multiple pillows, plus a clock radio with ceiling projection and a cordless phone charger was provided. If that’s not enough, a multi-plug with additional plug~ins as well as usb and usb-c plug~ins for all your electronics. In addition to the wonderful home, the location is about 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, and about 5 minutes from Gundersen hospital.

We really enjoyed our stay! I can honestly say this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Everything was spotless and all of the extra amenities were so thoughtful. Communication with Andy was prompt and so friendly. This is going to be our go to place when visiting LaCrosse.

The spot was clean and organized and had unexpected amenity touches that made our stay a breeze! Love the alarm clocks and noise machines and ample charging stations. The kitchen had more amenities than we needed. Andy was always very responsive and sent clear instructions as well as posted instructions in the space. We will be back as my niece is only a freshman at UW! Thanks for a wonderful home away from home!

We stayed for 9 nights to visit my son, who is currently an exchange student at UW La Crosse. Andy gave excellent instructions, was very responsive & gave excellent recommendations for our trip.
The apartment was very clean, had all amenities described & more. This was the perfect base for our trip, if we ever make the trip back, will definitely be staying here again .

This was a very nice property. Very spacious, quality furnishings, nice amenities. Close to Mayo and Gundersen. Easy check-in and nice host to work with. Would be my first choice to stay if I’m back in La Crosse.

This is our second time staying at one of Andy’s properties. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. We love to come and cook for our daughter who is in college and we had absolutely everything we needed. Beds are comfortable!
